Tim R. McAdams delivered a high energy, yet potent, message at the 2018 Kick Off meeting for the Fayette County Board of Realtors & the Women’s Council of Realtors. The association requested Tim’s presence because they knew of his reputation to provide motivation as well as provide the direction needed by the association members to get their year off to an amazing start.  He delivered! During his message he targeted the subject of Developing the Right Mind State to win in 2018.  His message left the members motivated, and focused on developing the right Mind State to succeed
