Tim McAdams Provides Multiple Workshops at the Serur Agencies in Boston, MA

Tim R. McAdams provided multiple workshops for the Albie Serur Agencies in Boston, Massachusetts. The day started with a motivating and directional message delivered to the entire agency.  He taught the growing team the 8 Tips to Being Your Best. The theme of the message was, “It’s TIME TO EXPLODE!”

Mr. McAdams met with the Management and Leadership team for his second workshop.  In this session, he worked with the managers and leaders on the basics of team building and creating great relationships with your associates.

Staff, agents, managers, and leaders were on fire and ready to apply their newfound knowledge to grow to the next level in their respective careers!
